After the accident, should ensure the personal safety of the ambulance personnel under the premise of the rescued quickly out of the source of danger, and then report the relevant situation to the superior. The accident site shall be directed by the person on duty, and the accident handling power shall not be handed over until the superior leader arrives at the scene. After the accident happens, the company shall report the situation to the company leader and the supervisor in time.
2. The maintenance work of photovoltaic power station equipment and the safety measures on the site of the equipment must comply with the relevant requirements of the State Grid Corporation Electric Power Safety Working Regulations and the Safety Working Regulations of Electric Power Construction (DL5009).
3. Carefully analyze the site danger points and take various safety measures according to the equipment maintenance and switching operation. Periodically conduct hazard point analysis and check the completion of this work to ensure its pertinency and effectiveness.
4. Before carrying out equipment maintenance and switching operation, "three safety checks" should be carefully organized.

Conditions for the start of the plan
1. In the process of production and infrastructure construction of photovoltaic power station, in case of serious personal injury (requiring hospitalization) or above personal injury due to electric shock, high fall, object hit, mechanical injury, burning, traffic, natural disaster and other reasons, this plan can be activated.
2. The Company shall set up an emergency team and determine whether to enter an emergency state according to the situation, severity, possible consequences and the need for emergency treatment. After the decision is made to start the emergency treatment mechanism of the photovoltaic power station, the leader of the emergency leading group shall declare the emergency state, start this plan and report it to the emergency headquarters of the company.
3. The photovoltaic power station emergency team shall immediately carry out emergency treatment according to the plan and the division of responsibilities.
4. Establish a personal injury emergency rescue team.
5. The leader of the photovoltaic power station emergency team shall organize, direct and coordinate the personnel to enter the emergency rescue state; organize the collection of accident related materials (such as taking photos or videos, checking relevant records, items related to the accident, etc.) and investigate the cause of the accident. Supervise the safety measures at the rescue site to prevent personal injury to rescue personnel. Responsible for organizing on-site security work, protecting the original appearance of the scene and maintaining the scene order. Investigate the causes of non-productive accidents, collect and keep relevant data and material evidence. For non-productive incidents, timely measures should be taken to prevent further development and expansion of the situation, and local public security and fire control departments should be requested for support when necessary.
6. Members of the photovoltaic power station emergency team shall be responsible for the specific command of on-site emergency rescue under the command of the team leader, and assist the team leader in organizing the analysis and evaluation of the causes and severity of personal injuries; and timely contact with the hospital, request hospital medical staff support; organize the late disposal after the emergency situation is over.
7. Safety personnel of photovoltaic power station shall supervise the whole process of on-site rescue work and participate in the revision and improvement of the plan; responsible for the whole process of safety supervision of the rescue site, to prevent the rescue personnel from being hurt; if necessary, contact 120 Emergency Center or additional nearby hospitals for support. And perform the duty of reporting in accordance with the major events reporting system. To organize the injured personnel to carry out disability examinations and report the injury to the labor department; assist in collecting accident related data; responsible for video and photo taking of the accident site. Participate in the late disposal after the end of the emergency situation.
8. The spare parts manager of the photovoltaic power station is responsible for the reserve and supply of various emergency materials and participates in the late disposal after the emergency.
9. Additional personnel of the photovoltaic power station shall obey the command of the emergency working group and take an active part in the emergency treatment and aftermath.
