3. Scrap conditions of machinery and equipment:

4. Where the above conditions are met, the machinery using unit shall organize a technical appraisal group to carry out technical appraisal of the machinery and equipment applied for scrapping, and fill in the application form for scrapping equipment.
5. The mechanical management department of the company shall organize relevant personnel to check according to the scrapping appraisal form applied by the user unit. If it is confirmed that it meets the scrapping conditions, it shall be examined and approved by the company's competent department and reported to the financial department for cancellation.
6. If the depreciation of the machinery and equipment applied for scrapping has not been fully raised, the depreciation shall be fully raised according to the financial regulations.
7. The approved discarded machinery and equipment shall not be transferred or continued to use, and the salvage value shall be recovered. Except for automobile boilers, other discarded machinery and equipment shall be kept in centralized custody and disassembled. The parts and assemblies that can still be used shall be used and evaluated as far as possible, as the salvage value income. Mechanical equipment that has not been approved to be scrapped shall not be disassembled at will.
8. Mechanical equipment whether change price processing or scrap, in the physical cleaning or handover procedures, should be timely handling of financial matters.
9. If the machinery and equipment are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons that cannot be retrieved by human resources, the user shall make a careful inventory and report the loss to the financial department. The equipment competent department shall deal with the loss according to regulations. If the equipment is lost due to improper storage, the responsible person shall compensate for part or all of the loss and shall not be treated as scrap.
10. If the processing, maintenance and overhaul of mechanical equipment lead to high cost, scrap price is unreasonable, not appropriate. Professional destruction institutions should be contacted for destruction, but the consumption records should be kept and managed, in which the signature of the person, place, place and time handler should be indicated, especially the retention documents should be no less than three years, so as to facilitate inspection by relevant personnel.
