1, material
The material has a great influence on the life of crusher, which is manifested in hardness, humidity and uniformity.
(1) when the hardness of the material exceeds the crushing capacity of the jaw crusher, the material can not only achieve a good crushing effect, the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher will also be damaged, so it will affect the service life of the jaw crusher.
(2) when the humidity of the material reaches more than 9%, the material will appear to plug the inlet, crushing chamber, discharge mouth, if a long time not to deal with the motor will cause the burning, leading to the abnormal shutdown of the jaw crusher, so as to reduce the service life of the jaw crusher to a certain extent.
(3) the material must to jaw crusher in uniform, not fast and slow, such behavior in less material will cause the idling of jaw crusher, material is more likely feed port of the jaw crusher will be blocked, so there will be no ideal crushing effect, and can easily lead to jaw crusher accident happen, which affect life span.
2. Regular operation of operators
Although the structure of jaw crusher is relatively simple and easy to operate, the operator also needs a high level of technology. Before the operators take up the post, professional operation training should be carried out, and they can only take up the post after they are very skilled. The enterprise should also develop a system of jaw crusher operation process. When the operators work, they should strictly follow the operation process. In this way, the possibility of accidents caused by improper operation of the operator will be reduced to lower, reduce the loss of the crusher, and prolong the service life of the jaw crusher.
3. Check regularly
Check the wear of the internal parts of the machine. If it is found that the cone cap, the central feeding pipe, the lining plate of the lower flow passage, the upper impeller, the circumferential guard plate and the wear-resisting block are worn, the parts with serious wear should be replaced and repaired in time. When replacing a component, ensure that the weight, model, and size of the component are the same as the original component.
4, regular lubrication parts
Lubrication is one of the daily work of all mining machinery. Frequent attention and timely lubrication of friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong its service life. The grease used in jaw crusher should be determined according to the location and temperature conditions. In general, calcium base, sodium base and calcium sodium base grease are used.
