NASA's Crawler-Transporters are a pair of crawler-transporters that carry spacecraft from the Kennedy Space Center vertical Assembly Room (VAB) down a slow track to launch pad 39. The transporter was used to transport Saturn I B and Saturn V rockets during the Apollo program. It's currently used to transport space shuttles. It will also be used to transport Ares I and V in the future Constellation program
