Operating environment 1: shovel digging operation

Operating environment 2: flat operation
When working on the ground, the loader runs in reverse gear. If the ground work must be carried out in advance, the bucket closing Angle should be greater than 20°.

Operating environment 3: Loading and carrying operations

(2) The loading and carrying method of the wheel loader includes the following cycle process: shovel loading - transport - loading (pouring into the dump truck, furnace mouth, etc.).

(3) Good maintenance of transportation routes.

Operating environment 4: loading operation
Keep the working site flat during loading operation, avoid sharp turning or braking during heavy transportation, and prohibit high-speed driving, insert the bucket into the inclined pile or gravel pile. Select the appropriate operation method, can minimize the number of turns and travel, improve operation efficiency.

(1) Right-angle loading

The front side of the loader is aligned with the material pile, and after shoveling the material, the dump truck is driven in straight reverse gear, and then the dump truck is driven between the loader and the material pile.
This method requires short loading time and can effectively shorten the working cycle time.
(2) V-shaped loading

Operating environment 6: Unloading operation
