(6) When the bucket is inserted into the material, lift the boom to prevent the bucket from being inserted too deep; When lifting the boom, the front wheels will produce enough traction.
(7) Check whether enough material has been scooped, manipulate the control lever and scoop to fill the bucket.
(8) If the material is loaded too much, quickly close the bucket and tip the bucket to shake off the excess load, so as to avoid falling when transporting the material.
(9) when digging and loading on the ground, make the bucket blade slightly downward, and the front loader; Pay attention to avoid load inclination to the bucket side, causing unbalance, this operation should be carried out in first gear.
Operating environment 2: flat operation
When working on the ground, the loader runs in reverse gear. If the ground work must be carried out in advance, the bucket closing Angle should be greater than 20°.
(1) Shovel the soil into the bucket, and drive the loader in reverse gear, so that the soil falls evenly from the bucket.
(2) the bucket teeth stick to the ground, and the traction force is used to spread the soil evenly.

Operating environment 3: Loading and carrying operations
(1) When carrying operations, drop the bucket to reduce the center of gravity of transportation.
(2) The loading and carrying method of the wheel loader includes the following cycle process: shovel loading - transport - loading (pouring into the dump truck, furnace mouth, etc.).
(3) Good maintenance of transportation routes.

Operating environment 4: loading operation
Keep the working site flat during loading operation, avoid sharp turning or braking during heavy transportation, and prohibit high-speed driving, insert the bucket into the inclined pile or gravel pile. Select the appropriate operation method, can minimize the number of turns and travel, improve operation efficiency.
(1) Right-angle loading
The front side of the loader is aligned with the material pile, and after shoveling the material, the dump truck is driven in straight reverse gear, and then the dump truck is driven between the loader and the material pile.
This method requires short loading time and can effectively shorten the working cycle time.
(2) V-shaped loading

Operating environment 6: Unloading operation
